Pakistan Army has launched a major Air & Ground attack on the Taliban strong hold in SWA (South Waziristan Agency) with apx 28,000 troops. Its a three pronged attack. NATO forces are supposed to help guard the forth side i.e the afghan Pakistan border so that the Taliban in SWA cannot run to Afghanistan or Taliban in Afghanistan cannot infilter to SWA and create more problems for Pak Army. Guess what NATO has packed its bags & abandoned its all major check posts in that particular area giving unhindered access to Taliban to move freely accross the Border.

If US is really interested in winning the hearts and minds of people of Pakistan here are a few suggestions for conditions that would be warmly welcomed by people of Pakistan and could help US win 50% of the war on terror.

1. All wealth that has been robbed from people of Pakistan and is stashed in west in shape of properties and cash be returned to the people of Pakistan,  by politicans, bureaucracy or military.

2. All people who have been involved in corruption should be taken to task.

Some times i am really amazed to hear reports from leading think tanks , newspapers and intelligence agencies that Mullah umar is some where around Quetta.Pakistan is the last place where Mullah umar would want to be.

When has Pakistan not acted in accordance with her own wishes?
