1. KLL (Kerry Lugar Legislation), i will thank US for their kind offer and refuse it. (Thanks but no thanks).

2. I will present the US Govt with the bill of our costs on war for last ten years which amounts to around $35 Bil. Minus the $15 Bil they gave us in last 10 years.

3. I will ask them to kindly clear our $20 bil which they owe us and not give us any more AID.

4. Since this war is costing us about $3.5 bil per year, i will work out a contract with them on how they are going to provide us with these current expences. ($3.5 bil/year)

5. It would be easy for US Govt to explain to the ppl in US that the money they are giving us is not some charity , its what they owe us. I am sure it would be easier for general public and the legislators to understand it.

6. In recognition of our services they should give us FTA(Free trade Agreement) + ROZ (Reconstuction oppertunity Zones) so that we can use that money for our social economic uplift.

I am sure if put this way the US govt, Congress and the ordinary voters of US would be able to clearly understand our view point and would not mind fulfilling their obligations to this country. If they need we will be most happy to provide them with a facility of installments.
