I was 11 and in the living room of my GrandFather's house when late Sultan Ahmed Khan younger brother of Late President Ayub Khan walked in and asked my GrandFather to join him in the side room, i can remember that second when my DaDa Khanjee walked out, my heart stopped beating, i thought something very very bad has happened when i saw tears in his eyes, (even my GrandMother had never seen tears in his eyes), it was 16 December 1971  no one told us kids anything but the house went quiet as someone very close had died, later we found out East Pakistan was no more it was Bangladesh.
